We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement. Send us an email at hello@ezgreasengo.com with a picture and a brief description of the problem you are having and we will do our best to make it right. Please include your order number.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a refund or replace your EZ grease'n go order, no need to send anything back. Once we’ve received your information, we will send an update if the refund or replacement was approved. If approved for a refund, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take up to 5 business days for our team to review your return and an additional 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If we are shipping you a replacement we will get it out to you as soon as possible.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or returned.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Send us a picture and brief description. We are happy to evaluate the matter and make it right.
